Selected accomplishments include:Successfully drive strategic projects to streamline work, reduce waste, improve productivity, and increase profitability of Old Navy stores:• Direct cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and 8-step problem solving to positively impact process improvement initiatives.• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and design sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable future state solutions.• Strategically advanced the implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) system by developing and integrating engineered labor standards, resulting in optimized labor utilization and enhanced operational efficiency:• Achieved $76M reduction in labor through field observation, process design, and detailed build of engineered labor standards.• Reduced labor costs for promotional signing by $4.15M annually through implementation of a streamlined process, reduction of rework, and rigorous time study & process measurement.• Conducted data analysis and presented findings for new store replenishment process and layout, achieving $1.5M in annual labor savings while improving inventory availability and increased customer experience.
