Engaging directly with core stakeholders in collaboration with L&D, reviewing existing training materials and resources, establishing learning objectives, and identifying suitable learning pathways for different users.• Working with the L&D team to prioritise areas of greatest need and creating or evolving design blueprints that can be applied consistently and serve as a best practice guide on how to organise content, programmes, and subject matter material into bite-sized consumable learning materials in a variety of formats.• Designing digital learning, including breaking down content to align with learning objectives, identifying suitable delivery formats, and designing and authoring engaging, interactive elements, including infographics, videos, how-to screencasts, or e-learning.• Making best use of the new company learning platform, ensuring all digital learning has a consistent structure and flow, is clearly signposted, has a clear taxonomy to facilitate keyword searches, and maximises the use of social and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.• Targeting learning interventions to support specific learning needs and developing instructionally sound and high-quality learning solutions that deliver results.• Ensuring that both the operational learning curriculum and wider suite of development solutions remain relevant and are adapted to changing business needs.• Making use of a variety of data and analytics (from the learning platform as well as business metrics such as customer service/complaints and quality measures) to measure learning engagement and the effectiveness of different interventions, identifying successes as well as areas for improvement.• Working with the HR team to develop learning solutions in different areas in support of the company people strategy and current projects being undertaken by the team.• Keeping up to date with L&D trends and feeding these back into the business to ensure we are building the best learning experiences.
