From transforming classrooms with cutting-edge technology to leading cross-functional initiatives, I bring a unique blend of hands-on teaching and strategic project management expertise. Whether it’s introducing students to the world of computer science or helping schools streamline their processes, I’ve consistently driven impactful change across educational landscapes. Certified as a Google for Education Innovator and Microsoft Innovative Education Expert Fellow, I’m committed to advancing education through thoughtful, tech-driven professional development. In 2024, I was honored with the PAECT Achievement Award, recognizing my leadership and dedication to educational excellence. In addition to my deep roots in education, I’ve successfully led project management efforts that not only enhance educational outcomes but also improve operational efficiency. My ability to strategically plan, execute, and refine initiatives enables me to design programs that equip educators with the tools they need to thrive in today’s dynamic learning environments.

   I ensure our schools and district customers have an exceptional experience from day one. My role involves managing smooth onboarding, providing engaging product demonstrations, and delivering high-quality training and professional development sessions both virtually and in person. I act as a trusted advisor, proactively supporting product usage, troubleshooting adoption issues, and working to boost customer satisfaction and retention. A key part of my work is collaborating cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share valuable field insights, ultimately contributing to product development and strategy. I also identify opportunities for training expansion and represent Kai\'s Education at conferences.
