When funding is tight and everyone’s fighting for attention, the work has to stand out. I design programs and strategies that don’t just check a box—they connect, resonate, and drive meaningful change. For over a decade, I’ve worked across countries, sectors, and cultures—leading teams, managing projects, and building initiatives that blend storytelling, strategy, and behavior change. Whether I’m designing a public health campaign during an epidemic, shaping the narrative arc of a mini-series, or guiding a participatory research process, I bring together evidence, innovation, and lived context to spark ideas that stick. I blend art and science—pairing bold ideas with practical solutions, and balancing creativity with what actually works on the ground. A documentary-style photographer, I notice the quiet moments—a glance, a pause, a shift in tone. That same instinct shapes how I lead teams, guide interviews, and navigate the messy middle of complex work. I pay attention to the human cues that help people feel seen—because that’s often where the story lives, and where real change begins. At my core, I’m a builder, a connector, and a listener. I believe the best ideas rise from the ground up—and the strongest strategies are the ones people take pride in and carry forward. The moments I value most aren’t always the big wins, but when someone says they feel seen, energized, or proud of what they created. That’s when I know the work mattered.
