ABOUT CORIE SCHNEE

Corie is the senior-most Portfolio Manager for Decron’s Arizona region, overseeing the management and maintenance operations of a portfolio comprised of 2,300 residential apartment homes within the Phoenix metropolitan areas. With over 20 years of diverse experience in the Arizona and New Mexico multifamily housing markets, Corie joined ConAm Management in 2016 as the Arizona Regional Director of Education until 2019, when she transitioned into her current role. In her tenure, Corie has partnered with onsite associates to manage various assets, including, but not limited to stabilized communities, HOA and condominium conversions, new construction, renovation, and rehabilitation, lease-up, and community repositioning. Corie has consistently demonstrated practical leadership qualities that include creative thinking and problem solving, being a dynamic communicator, and fostering strong professional relationships. It’s Corie’s proven leadership style that has consistently aided her teams in producing positive financial outcomes, advancing operational directives, and achieving client-specific initiatives. Corie’s ultimate goal is to build strong onsite teams that deliver positive results to clients. Corie holds certifications with OSHA and PRC-FDIC and is a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona.
