From a young age, I\'ve been captivated by the intricacies of the world around me, from the inner mechanisms of everyday appliances to the efficiency of industrial processes. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering, where I honed my skills in optimizing systems.As my career evolved, I realized that behind every streamlined process is the most important factor—people. Moving from Industrial Engineering into Personnel, I became more focused on the human side of organizations. Through roles in Recruiting and Communications, I’ve used my problem-solving skills to connect talent with opportunities and foster engagement across teams.My passion for meaningful change really took shape as I worked on initiatives that brought people together, fostered understanding, and created more inclusive environments.
