I joined the GJCF Advocacy Team in January 2021, bringing more than two decades of experience in patient support and a deeply personal connection as an NMO caregiver. As Director of Patient Advocacy, I lead the strategic development and implementation of domestic and international programs that address critical needs within the NMOSD community.My team provides essential education and support to patients and caregivers, while managing multiple working groups within the expanding Patient Advocacy Council. We also lead collaborative efforts with industry partners and advocacy organizations to broaden access to resources and drive meaningful, lasting impact.It’s an honor to serve the rare disease community and lead the GJCF Advocacy Team. The Guthy-Jackson Foundation’s mission has changed the lives of thousands and continues to bring hope and progress to those affected by NMOSD.
