As a Talent Development Manager, I am passionate about creating and implementing innovative training programs that enhance associate skills, boost engagement, and promote career advancement.In addition to my professional role, I proudly serve as Co-Chair for the LGBTQIA+ Associate Resource Group (ARG) and as a Local Ambassador for the Women’s ARG.
