   Manage a team of technology analysts who have responsibilities to maintain the Workday HCM platform, Qualtrics application, and Google Looker- Lead design and implementation of HR team\'s use of Google Looker for critical HR metrics. This includes the design of security, data infrastrcuture, and dashboards- Serve as the HR Technology lead for the all employee engagement survey. Responsible for the vendor relationship, survey launch, and dashboard rollout- Create bi-annual presentations with relevant and insightful metrics to the HR Leadership team- Spearhead process improvement and documentation efforts to provide team members with instructions for cyclical reporting processes and Workday requests- Provide guidance to direct reports and other junior team members on Workday HCM functionality including reporting, discovery boards, calculated fields, business processes, and configuration.
