As Contract Manager, I support our FCS teams in the acquisition and execution of projects with state and municipal governments across North America. In my role, I analyze Requests for Proposals from prospective clients and identify legal risks throughout the bid process. If a bid is awarded, I maintain the Contract throughout the life of the project, often spanning from installation and implementation of our hardware and software services through the service period thereafter. Over the course of the project, I manage modifications to the Contract as needed and stay apprised to the progress of the project to ensure contract compliance.Additionally I function as in-house counsel for the department, advising executives on legal issues that are presented to the company as whole.
