It’s taken a decade of thorough exploration – experience in retail, hospitality, and software development/design – and now I\'m venturing into new territory with what I believe is the ideal career for me: finding customer-centric solutions and creating remarkable experiences for customers. As part of my ventures, I was recently certified in customer service. With that certification and years of user experience design practice, I approach tech challenges with a keen eye for user frustrations while keeping problem solving, communication, customer advocacy, & conflict resolution, in mind to generate better solutions.
