I’m a strategic nonprofit leader with 15+ years advancing social justice through direct services, advocacy, education, and organizational development. Grounded in a commitment to racial, gender, and reproductive justice, I’ve led high-impact initiatives in LGBTQ+ and health equity spaces, scaled programs, built cross-functional teams, and co-created sustainable equity-focused learning strategies.I\'m now exploring leadership roles at social justice nonprofits where I can support in developing programming responsive to community needs, navigating complex political contexts, and building partnerships to strengthen our movement\'s collective impact.

   Oversees SAGE’s population-specific programs, including programs for HIV+ older adults (SAGEPositive), trans older adults (SAGETrans) and vets (SAGEVets), as well as Friendly Visitor and Care Management services in NYC and South Florida. Responsible for program planning, grant administration, budget management, as well as the development of new programming to meet constituents’ needs. Supervises multiple staff across NYC and Florida.
