Since June 2011, Microsoft Lync has been my core focus. Duedeligency, Implementation, Design Consultancy, Training and Support were all areas that eventually accelerated me to my position at the time as Lead Solutions Architectect on Microsoft Lync. 2011 was the start of my private sector career. Joining \'Amillan\' a midlands based company, I was initially recruited as sole Internal IT Support, looking after a Windows AD Based XenServer infrastructure, as well as HP Storage and networking. Amillan, strong in the IP PBX, Cabling and system integration market then took a new direction and included Microsoft Lync in its portfolio.
