I consult as a Specialist Business Analyst in process re-engineering, service design and operations. I have 30 years’ experience in solving commercial problems. I have managed and trained staff, prepared business cases, managed projects, prepared marketing content and provided information and communication solutions. I have spent my time finding solutions that simplify systems that improve sales, service delivery, information transfer and profitability. I focus heavily on up skilling staff and managing changes to improve quality and service delivery.
