About Corey Lark

Internal communications and connection lead at TMA, fueled by my passion for cultivating a connected and inclusive workplace. For the last 17 years, I’ve worked in agencies, doing integrated strategic marketing and communications. I’ve worn many hats for a wide range of clients and campaigns, including a significant period dedicated to AT & T. Before joining TMA, I spent 7 years at a boutique multicultural agency helping clients authentically connect with their audiences. In my free time you’ll find me thrifting, upcycling, crafting, reading, or watching Formula 1 (go Lewis!). Current passion project is building Sparks & Sauce, my sustainable styling business rooted in helping clients style what they already have, feel their best selves from the inside out, and find joy living out loud. — Fun fact: I’ve been the first person to hold every full-time position I’ve had [never a backfill], allowing me to build and grow teams, services, processes, infrastructure, etc, consistently in different ways throughout my career.
