About Corey Kwan
I\'m Corey, a fourth year undergrad at UC Davis, majoring in animal biology, with minors in public health and wildlife, fish & conservation biology. My interests primarily revolve around wildlife conservation in the context of the One Health perspective, where camaraderie between people, animals and the environment is crucial for the future of our planet. Planning on going to veterinary school after undergrad(and a gap year) to study wildlife pathology, I am always looking for animal-related experiences to expand my perspectives and gain new skills.

I assist pathologists and technicians, performing necropsies under our Health Surveillance Program. I also perform other maintenance tasks in the lab, including handling formalin/decal, trimming tissues, discarding biohazardous waste, sample transport, and tool/facility cleanup.
