Through a multi-stage consulting project including market research, customer research and business planning, I developed a strategy for AVL to better address the Canadian market for electric powertrain and battery R&D testing. This led AVL to add additional resources to the Canada market team, and I was tasked to provide strategic guidance and oversight on an on-going basis. An overall strategy encompassing marketing, branding, business development, support and service will be executed in order to increase AVL’s presence and customer satisfaction in the Canadian market.
