In this position I provide support services for our agents and underwriting partners that spans the entire process of placing professional liability risks.Previous to my employment at Founders Professional, I was employed at Sticky Jewelry as a laser engraving technician. I worked with laser engraving and design software. My largest success in this position was consistently improving upon methods and work-flow in order to streamline our processes in the production department.I have also worked part-time as a teacher\'s assistant for Information Systems Management at the University of South Florida, where I worked side by side with students in order to help them develop their knowledge and skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
