Leader of people; Manager of things; Measurer of results.My responsibilities have included the management of critical assets such as ordnance, ordnance delivery systems, support equipment, ordnance-rated material handling equipment and armory administration. Led 25 sailors directly and 200 indirectly across operational and administrative commands. Primary focus was department and command-level maintenance training, planning & administration oversight, while still turning the wrench.After active duty, I shifted into precision machining manufacturing while waiting to mobilize with the Navy Reserves in 2019, there responsible for assembly and testing of components for commercial and overseas defense contract use. Returning from that mobilization, spearheaded the implementation of modern maintenance management practices at a textiles plant in my hometown. Later transitioned to Brightly (then Dude Solutions, now a Siemens company) on the maintenance solutions (CMMS/EAM/AIP/PdM) side of the industry, guiding product development, enhancement, demonstrations and optimization for Manufacturing clients internationally.
