Leading, planning, implementing, budgeting, maintenance and management of the enterprise- wide imaging iSite PACS from Philips Medical. Works with imaging intensive departments such as Orthopaedics, Surgery, and Neurosurgery to create custom imaging workflow solutions. Develops and implements strategic plans to increase the physician imaging referral base and streamline imaging operations. EPIC super user and SME (subject matter expert) on all imaging infomatics systems and workflow to ensure EPIC deployment functions as designed for the imaging department. Acts as project manager and lead technical and clinical workflow specialist for all IT projects implemented in Radiology and Cardiology. Implements and manages the voice recognition systems for Radiology, Cardiology, and the Enterprise. Researches new products/trends and customer advisor to vendors in order to facilitate future software enhancements. Assists on departmental operational/capital budgets, policies, and procedures, and staffing/union issues.
