Cargas is an employee-owned technology company offering software from Microsoft, Sage, Salesforce, and HubSpot and custom-developed products for the Energy delivery and home services industries. Cargas Energy helps Propane, Heating Oil, or HVAC Service businesses by making every process better. We sell software including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Business Central. We set it up, teach customers how to use it, and help them adapt it as their needs change over time. Our products streamline accounting, supply chain management, and sales and marketing processes so customers can focus on what’s most important—growing and running their businesses. As a member of the Executive Steering Team at Cargas, I lead the development and execution of our Entrepreneurial Teams strategy pillar. This involves identifying opportunities for expansion into new markets, evaluating potential partnerships, and managing an Innovation Framework to incubate new intellectual property and products.
