   I\'m the designer at Amazon who supports the Selling Partner Infrastructure & Strategic Initiatives team. We\'re systems thinkers who lead with product strategy and experience strategy. We build innovative platform-scale capabilities to support businesses in selling on Amazon. My domains: • Information architecture • Search & browsing behaviors • User & account management • Navigation, wayfinding, and search • Discoverability and personalization • Developer experience and builder tools I help partner teams work backwards from customer mental models to develop scalable site taxonomies. I also do research to perfect navigation interactions and UI patterns to ensure they are efficient for power users and help new users onboard to the platform quickly. In my spare time, I work on other wayfinding and onboarding patterns such as empty states, error messages, and feature spotlight tutorials.
