I am an accomplished laboratory leader and technical specialist with nearly 30 years of experience across the cannabis, environmental, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries. My career has been dedicated to building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and elevating quality and compliance in laboratory settings.I have helped to build and launch accredited testing labs, managed successful ISO 17025 and 9001 accreditation projects, and developed advanced analytical methods (GC/MS, HPLC, LC/MS/MS, IC, ICP/MS, CRDS, and more). My expertise extends to regulatory strategy, method development, technical training, continuous improvement (5S, Lean, CAPA), and public advocacy in the rapidly evolving cannabis industry.Outside the lab, I am the co-founder of Loyal Foe Brewing Company, a nano-brewery focused on creativity, community, and craftsmanship. I’m also an active musician, athlete, coach, and lifelong learner, always seeking new connections and challenges.I’m open to connecting with organizations that value scientific rigor, innovation, and authentic leadership.
