Collectively analyze signature authorities granted by powers-of-attorney, resolutions by board of directors of corporations, corporate name changes and merger agreements to ensure its validity and acceptability for issuance of duplicate, revised and new aircraft registration certificates. Interpret international, federal, state and agency laws and regulations to and for internal and external customers to include high level officials of the United States and foreign governments, law enforcement agencies, attorneys, banks, title search companies and the aviation public exercising tact, diplomacy and sensitivity.
