I build complex projects that sit at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and people.Over the course of my career I’ve led more than $2B in capital programs and helped deliver over 1GW of critical capacity for some of the largest cloud, enterprise, and federal operators. My work spans ground-up campuses, high performance computing environments, transportation, utilities, and large-scale renovations. No matter the sector, I focus on aligning design, engineering, and execution so projects move from concept to operations smoothly and with lasting value.Some of the highlights I’m most proud of include guiding the delivery of the Aurora Exascale Supercomputer, a 65MW liquid-cooled facility with more than compute blades and GPUs. Aurora became the fastest supercomputer in North America and set new benchmarks for density and performance in AI and scientific research. I’ve also supported hyperscale expansions across North America, balancing space and power strategies, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination at massive scale.Along the way I’ve built and led high-performing teams, negotiated with national contractors and OEMs, and developed reporting frameworks, risk tools, and delivery playbooks that have been adopted across multiple capital programs.What drives me is taking on projects that others see as too complex or too fast-moving and finding a way to deliver them.

   Lead a multi-site regional construction portfolio across Mid-Atlantic with approximately $500M -$700M in annual capital deployment, overseeing execution, safety performance, cost predictability, and schedule adherence across concurrent builds- Manage and develop a team of ~6 direct Construction Managers (scaling as portfolio shifts), driving consistent performance standards, talent development, and succession planning across the region- Establish regional performance benchmarks across safety, cost variance, schedule predictability, change order frequency, and contractor productivity, creating standardized reporting frameworks for executive visibility- Own regional contractor and vendor strategy, including evaluation, onboarding, performance management, and long-term partnership alignment with national GCs and trade partners- Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align capital deployment strategy with network expansion priorities and operational readiness timelines- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in construction delivery, including prefabrication strategies, sequencing optimization, and constructability reviews to reduce rework and compress cycle times- Oversee regional risk management and governance, proactively identifying permitting, utility, supply chain, and labor constraints and implementing mitigation plans to protect critical milestones- Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio health, capital forecasting, and delivery risks to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision making across the network.
