With over 25 years of service, I oversee strategic planning, operational performance, and public safety initiatives across all divisions.I bring extensive command experience in Detention, Patrol, Emergency Management, Training, and Special Operations—including SWAT, K9, and the regional Human Exploitation and Recovery Operations (HERO) task force—along with administrative leadership in Government Affairs, Research & Development, and Fleet Management. My focus on intelligence-led and stratified policing has delivered measurable reductions in property and violent crime through data-driven strategies and collaborative enforcement.Beyond my core role, I am committed to service at the local and state level, serving on the James D.
