As President of Property Management Inc. Southwest Florida, I work with realtors and investor/owners to manage short-term vacation rentals and investment properties. We currently service Lee and Charlotte Counties, including Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Bonita Springs, Punta Gorda, Matlacha, and Boca Grande. Our full-service approach to property management creates a profitable, stress free ownership experience. We take care of all of the day-to-day operations of running a rental property—everything from booking to cleaning and maintenance plus all of the accounting and taxes. My background in operations management enables me to provide conscientious, profit-driven management. Likewise, my local knowledge as a Fort Myers native helps me to act as a personal concierge service for renters while providing ‘boots on the ground’ support for owners. Importantly, because PMI is a franchise with over 200 locations worldwide and properties under management, we have outstanding infrastructure that supports the corporate aspect of the business, notably by monitoring accounting and marketing.
