ABOUT COREY S. CHRISTIAN
My software development career began in 2009, with commercial experience from 2014. Over this time, I’ve worked across complex software projects in highly regulated environments, gaining experience in building systems that support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational resilience.I specialise in Java and have also delivered production systems using.NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular. My background includes test-driven development, concurrent and parallel programming, and delivering reliable systems in Agile environments (SCRUM and Kanban), supported by continuous integration and deployment. A consistent focus of my work has been system reliability, evidence traceability, and change control in regulated settings. In recent years, my focus has expanded beyond code into process improvement, delivery efficiency, and inspection, audit, and survey readiness. I’m particularly interested in reducing operational friction through better system design in environments where accuracy, workforce compliance, onboarding controls, and inspection preparedness are essential.Having lived and worked in four countries, I’m comfortable collaborating across cultures and disciplines. I’m a pragmatic problem-solver, a fast learner, and someone who values clarity, ownership, and trust in both teams and systems.Alongside my role, I have a strong interest in how organisations in regulated healthcare and other highly regulated operational environments manage staffing, competency, onboarding, and compliance evidence with limited administrative capacity — and where technology can meaningfully reduce manual workload while remaining inspection-ready and preserving human oversight.
