Provide excellent customer service and be the main point of contact for rental customers in the Tri-Cities area. Responsible for checking trucks in and out, while also keeping track of the units that need serviced. Always keep communication with the shop and customers with serviced units as to when they need to bring them in. Responsible for our revenue and vehicle maintenance percentage with every rental unit. Bring units in from other locations and getting our units out that have too many miles on them. Keep track of all rental units that leave our area while on an agreement to make sure we are making money for those units.
