Native of Virginia Beach, VA with over 10 years experience in tourism - 8 of which feature a specific focus in Sports Marketing. In addition to relationship building with sports National Governing Bodies and event organizers, also served on the pre-opening committee for the Hampton Roads Convention Center (2005) and co-founded Sports Hampton – a sports marketing division of the Hampton CVB (2008). Directed the grand opening of the square foot Boo Williams SportsPlex in Hampton, VA and is fully-accredited Certified Sports Event Executive (CSEE) through the National Association of Sports Commissions. Also serves on Executive Board of the Virginia Tourism Corporation’s tourism consortium, Sports Virginia.
