I am an entrepreneurial and relationship-oriented business development professional with over 17 years of experience in providing global organizations with IT and information security solutions. As a U.S. Navy Veteran, I possess more than 29 years of experience in protecting confidential information and data. Education and continuous growth are the foundation of my personal and professional philosophy. It is why I have designed multiple employee development programs under MartinFederal. In MartinMentors, we select approximately 11 employees who have stood out among the crowd as go-getters and provide them the opportunity to enter a 12-month leadership program. They shadow executive and senior leaders within each department so that they may learn all aspects of the organization. Additionally, we collaborate with Vanderbilt University to offer a 6-month executive leadership program that trains and educates about five employees a year who have recently been promoted to senior positions. As an advocate for education, we at MartinFederal, also fund a scholarship program through our 5013C, MartinConnects. It provides full scholarships every year to underserved high school students aiming to attend Samuel Ginn Engineering School at Auburn University, which went into effect August 2020. Finally, I have proudly built a $23M cyber security and IT transformation enterprise that cultivates an engaging, interpersonal corporate culture.
