With expertise in QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100,) Six Sigma, DOE, RCA, FMEA, SPC, and safety compliance, I have consistently delivered improvements that enhance reliability, efficiency, and performance across diverse industries.My journey began in metallurgical and laboratory settings, where I developed a foundation in precision, data integrity, and process discipline. Over time, I advanced into leadership roles managing quality teams, supervising laboratories, and partnering with executives and engineers to align processes with business objectives. I have led initiatives that introduced SOPs to improve communication, redesigned systems to eliminate recurring defects, and scaled pilot processes for advanced materials into production-ready operations.At Stahls Transfer Express, I managed cross-site quality operations, wrote SOPs that strengthened quality and other functions, and launched a Quality Alert System that accelerated issue resolution. At Terves, I advanced laboratory methods for rare-earth materials, authored detailed reports, and presented findings to the U.S. Department of Energy.
