Corey Karlin-Zysman, MD, serves as the Chief of the Physician Enterprise for CommonSpirit Health, providing strategic clinical leadership and oversight to support physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic teams across the continuum. She is responsible for guiding the Physician Enterprise leadership team, growing diverse provider services, supporting CommonSpirit\'s academic mission, and fostering collaboration with regional and clinical leadership to drive clinical excellence, physician wellness, patient experience, and care coordination. With more than 18 years of progressive leadership experience in large, integrated healthcare systems, Dr. Karlin-Zysman is a results-oriented and collaborative physician leader. She has held key leadership roles in academic medicine, hospital administration, and large regional medical groups. Prior to her current role, she served as System Senior Vice President, Physician Enterprise for Arizona and Nevada, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening Clinically Integrated Networks, expanding medical education programs, and deepening partnerships with Creighton School of Medicine in Phoenix.A board-certified Internal Medicine hospitalist, Dr. Karlin-Zysman earned her medical degree from Stony Brook University in New York and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Brown University.
