I’m a former NHL goaltender and Olympic silver Medalist. I speak professionally on mental wellness and I was featured in an article in the Players Tribune opening up about my struggle with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder while on the rise to a promising career in the NHL. I have since dedicated myself to ending the stigma of mental health and am the mental wellness ambassador for ICBA in British Columbia. I helped create and put together the youth mental wellness education program for CAMH called gamechangers, geared to get mental health info into the hands of our youth. I have spoken to Colliers, Hall Constructors, Kiewit, Surerus Pipelines, Sysco and many more.
