Sole Account Manager responsible for building the Liverpool SEND/SEMH desk from scratch.→ Grew my desk from 0 to 10 SEND/SEMH Schools/Clients in Liverpool using cold outreach→ A further 3 clients secured with 40+ Teacher/TA roles, all starting September 2026 (temp to perm)→ Helped re-engage a Primary Mainstream client that became the 4th biggest using Primary School on the Primary desk→ 40%+ of my 84 assigned schools engaged through either booking, signing up, meetings or events→ Collaboration: My SEND/SEMH staff worked 300+ days across all team desks in Liverpool→ Database: Built database with 350 contacts across 84 SEND/SEMH Schools→ Client Facing: I visited multiple Schools to sell the Tech Platform, Platform Demo the App and build relationships→ 360 Recruitment: End to end recruitment. Sourced candidates through Platform Sign Ups, LinkedIn, Indeed, CV Library, Adverts, Referrals. Filled long term, short term, daily supply bookings→ Events: I organised Zen Liverpool’s first 2 SEND/SEMH Events.
