ABOUT COREY GREENLAW

I am an experienced educational leader and researcher with over two decades of service in K–12 education, assessment, and policy. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Innovation & Support for the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, I provide executive oversight for district programs, legislative policy analysis, and accountability systems. I also serve as the Vice Chair of the California State Board of Education’s California Practitioners Advisory Group, helping shape statewide policy and practice. My leadership spans local, regional, and state-level initiatives, including collaboration with CCEE, CISC, and the California Department of Education. I bring a strong foundation in data use, program evaluation, and educational equity, underpinned by an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and advanced certifications in school business management and program evaluation.Throughout my career, I have designed and led grant-funded initiatives, developed professional credentialing programs, and served as a lecturer in research and statistics across multiple universities. I have also contributed to national and state education policy as a grant reviewer, technical advisory group member, and presenter at over 50 educational conferences. As a former president of the California Educational Research Association and a member of the governing board for REL West, I remain deeply committed to advancing research-based practices and supporting innovative solutions that improve student outcomes at scale.
