About Corey Gauny
Over 22 years in the Air Force as an emergency services manager. My last 6 years focused on department operations, budgets, as well as leading and managing a fire department of 75 personnel for a small city and airport while enforcing and exceeding National Fire Protection Agency standard and exceeding federal, local and military laws and regulations. I Earned my business degree with a minor in economics from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) and am currently working on my MBA at the PLU School of Business. As a career firefighter, I have developed the ability to communicate effectively, speak in public and build strong interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization. I am goal oriented and value constructive criticism and inputs from other. Most of all, I value integrity, teamwork and camaraderie with a focus on accomplishing the mission and goals of the organization.I have the ability to make appropriate decisions under emergency time critical situations.
