Report to the COO and oversee a staff of over fourty FTEs who are responsible for all aspects of every job prior to printing. This includes estimating, planning, prepress (offset, digital and digital wide format), customer service and mailing. Additionally, oversee all aspects of mailing operations. This includes processing jobs in accordance with Postal Standards, Inserting, Ink jetting, Wafer sealing and any other operation needed to prepare mail for the post office.We are recognized by the Post Office as a Mail Service provider who mailed over 12 million pieces last year though the Post Office’s Seamless Acceptance Incentive without ever exceeding the Post Office’s threshold for undocumented pieces.
