I am the Executive Chef of TCD Catering Services. Born and raised in New Orleans, LA, I have embraced the culture of authentic Creole and Cajun cuisine. My entire career is built off leadership, accountability, and providing guidance to others to achieve their personal and professional goals. With over twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I opened and operated four restaurants in the metropolitan area of New Orleans. I am responsible for the succes of Sassafras Restaurant brand whcih served authentic Nawlin\'s cuisine and re-introduced fine dining in New Orleans East in the early TCD Catering Services, I redefined flavor tones with first class service inside clients homes and event spaces. I have partnered with organizations, such as the National Football Leauge, Essence Festival, The City of New Orleans, Macy\'s, Folgers Coffee and Tabasco just to name a few.My cooking is centered around love and I have served over one million meals and counting. In a world that is constantly changing, the ability to adapt to change quickly and successfully is key. My experience includes Food and Beverage Management and Customer Service in various industries with skills in Sales planning/implementation, employee Management & development, operating Microsoft Office, as well as vendor relations. I am a high energy, motivated professional who has a passion for organization and Leadership which I feel gives me the edge when faced with any challenge in my career. This allows me to effectively navigate difficult situations while maintaining a sense of humor along the way.
