I\'m an experienced Cell phone and mac technician which I\'m able to use my tools to successfully troubleshoot and resolve software related issues over phone. I\'ve worked for Asurion as I was contracted through Verizon and now I\'m an Apple Pay Specialist for Apple dealing Person to Person payments and technical troubleshooting. Experienced Mental health technician with a little over 5 years experience, I have assisted in holding counseling groups with teenage youth to adapt them to living a normal life with their illness or teaching behavior challenged teens on how to use critical thinking skills to perform in a world that will challenge them on many levels in a socialism society. I have experience customer service with a supervisory role working in a call center and retail setting. I was responsible for overlooking 30 employees and teaching them how to process calls correctly to ensure positive feedback during monitored quality calls. Also I have knowledge in working in the shipping industry as a hazmat agent with FedEx for 2 years.
