Own and lead the full lifecycle of early careers recruitment across Fugro UK, including graduate schemes, internships, and placements- Strategically design and deliver attraction campaigns that position Fugro as an employer of choice for emerging talent- Lead the development and execution of the national early careers events calendar, including careers fairs, open days, and assessment centres- Build and manage long-term partnerships with universities, colleges, and schools to support sustainable talent pipeline development- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and digital content to promote early careers opportunities across social media and academic platforms- Collaborate with media partners to amplify Fugro’s employer brand and increase visibility among student and graduate audiences- Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure a consistently high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing strategic recruitment insights and influencing hiring decisions- Lead initiatives to promote the Global Graduate Development Programme and International Leadership Track to targeted audiences- Mentor colleagues and hiring managers on recruitment best practices, selection techniques, and candidate engagement- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pools to meet future workforce needs- Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and first-year retention- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with UK employment law, immigration regulations, and Fugro’s global policies- Take ownership of employer brand representation at national events, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful engagement- Influence cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with broader HR and business objectives.
