I represent financial institutions and public companies in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and regulatory matters, drawing on my strong record of success across federal courts and arbitrations. I have been recognized numerous times by The American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week following successful resolutions for my clients. I have served on Latham’s Pro Bono Committee and received the 2020 Robert M. Dell Prize for Extraordinary Pro Bono Service.Previously, I clerked for two judges in the Eastern District of New York. Prior to my clerkships, I was a fellow at the Avon Global Center for Women and Justice at Cornell Law School, where among other things, I taught in Cornell Law School\'s International Human Rights Clinic.
