Prepare the budget for athletic programs and events for the assigned location. Coordinate budget and expected expenditures with the building administrator. Assists the building administrator with recruitment and selection of coaches, event workers, etc. Review, update and prepare student eligibility rosters for each athletic sport. Ensure final student eligibility for participation and assist with student eligibility monitoring throughout the season.Complete and submit all required applications and paperwork to the District Athletic Office, Ohio High School Athletic Association, etc. as required.Coordinate scheduling for all required officials, etc. Coordinate athletic event schedules, practice schedules with applicable assigned athletic coaches and the building administrator.Coordinate athletic programing with cluster High School Athletic Director as required.Ensure that building coaches maintain an inventory of all athletic equipment.Review and authorize all equipment purchases in conjunction with the building administrator.Complete and submit all required building permit applications, transportation requests, etc. Evaluates, maintains supplies, requests and repairs to athletic equipment as needed. Enforces and uses the district code for all student athletics regarding behavior standards, student eligibility, etc.
