I am a transformational school leader with over 20 years of experience improving student outcomes, strengthening school culture, and leading complex organizations in diverse, high-need communities.As Principal of William T. Dwyer High School, I led the school to its first “A” rating in nine years, produced the largest year-over-year academic gains among comprehensive high schools in the county, and achieved the highest graduation rate in school history. Through disciplined leadership and team development, we reduced exclusionary discipline by more than 80% while increasing participation in acceleration and achievement.Previously, I served as the turnaround principal of JFK Middle School, leading the school from an “F” to a sustained “C” by implementing career academies, mentorship systems, and alternative learning structures.In addition to my school leadership, I serve as President of the Palm Beach Schools Administrative Association, representing and advocating for administrators districtwide. I am deeply committed to developing leaders, building scalable systems, and ensuring that success is not dependent on individuals but is embedded in the organization.My leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, consistency, collaboration, and courage—because when adults are aligned, student success becomes inevitable.
