In support of company objectives, oversee the development, staffing, implementation, monitoring, auditing, and continual improvement efforts of the business with respect to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules and regulations. Monitors and analyzes fleet and asset KPIs to meet or exceed service performance measurements. Develop and organize training for drivers on driving safety, DOT compliance, vehicle maintenance and more.Administers the DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing program for all U.S. based employees, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal Motor Carrier regulations.
