   Provided onsite deskside IT support to over 400+ lawyers, attorneys and staff members at the DC headquarters. Handled the imaging of PCs/Laptops and setup of new office rooms for newly hired Venable employees. Performed daily cleanliness evaluations of visitor offices and ensure a consistent level of functionality of all IT equipment. Utilized the Cherwell Service management ticketing system to properly document, track, and resolve all related IT issues. Assisted the Audio/Visual team with setting up IT equipment for weekly meetings, conferences, trials and depositions. Supported all 10 Venable offices during times of low IT coverage and during the opening of new office locations.
