Responsible for providing insight into the most pertinent, and often challenging, questions across the technology and media landscape based on the combination of alternative data and industry expertise. This is done through written industry and company research and the creation of intuitive, near-real-time data products. Specifically, I am responsible for directing and collaborating with teams across multiple functions (research, data science & engineering, sales, product management, marketing) to address uncertainties that are critical to the investment decision-making process in various areas within TMT. My current coverage focus is Internet, Payments, and Video Games, though I have longstanding exposure across TMT, having previously overseen Software, Digital Media, Consumer Electronics, Fitness, and Cable/Satellite/Telco coverage.Attained a deep appreciation for evolutionary shifts in technology during my tenure in sell-side equity research, and have since been dedicated to providing empirical insight into those shifts within the framework of the rapidly changing alternative data landscape since 2015 at M Science.
