At Markesman Group I am responsible for leading acquisition of top talent in the DOD/INTEL sector across our current programs as well as educating prospective partners on our capabilities. I play a key role in building important industry relationships to strengthen our positioning within the marketplace. I play an important role as key Transition Manager ensuring retention of our top talent between programs as well as assisting in various Program Management activities. I am also heavily involved in RFP/RFI/RFQ response writing and pre-award staffing efforts. I currently serve as the Staffing Manager for all of Markesman Groups current programs, handling full lifecyle recruiting/retention efforts. I have extensive experience working with candidates who hold the following clearance levels: SECRET, TOP SECRET, TS/SCI CI-POLY, TS/SCI FULL SCOPE POLY.
