Lead initiatives to improve KPIs such as mortality rates, hospitalization, and treatment adequacy while increasing operating efficiency and employee retention. Conduct operational deep dives and root cause analyses to identify underperformance and implement sustainable solutions. Champion employee development, engagement, and high-performance culture through ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management systems. Oversee compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and state-specific regulations across all centers under purview. Serve as a key liaison with corporate stakeholders, external vendors, and community partners to drive brand reputation, quality care delivery, and business expansion.

In addition to his work at Davita Kidney Care, Corey is the Founder and Executive Director for College Bound Athletics. Since 2013, Corey has supported over 200 student-athletes to grow personally, academically, and athletically and has successfully secured over $400 million in college scholarship aid.With his career start in talent acquisition and recruiting, Corey brings a passion and knowledge for developing and retaining top talent in his current executive leadership roles.
