Serving as Executive Director and Market Vice President, I am dedicated to improving health outcomes across the Greater New Orleans community by driving robust revenue and community transforming initiatives advancing equitable health impact. Championing equitable health and partnerships, I’m connecting directly with volunteers, schools, lawmakers, healthcare providers, patients, companies, and community partners ensuring everyone has access to healthier lifestyle choices and proper healthcare. Serving as National Executive Advisor - Equitable Health, I fostered collaborations, inspiring innovative thinking and influencing change to improve health and community outcomes. I\'m working to develop successful solutions aligned with the Association\'s 10 Commitments. In an effort impact, my work positions the American Heart Association to become entrenched in community by amplifying health solutions and galvanizing resources. Serving as Vice President of Health Strategies for the American Heart Association, I worked with corporations and key community leaders to provide resources that impact systems change, conversation change & policy change in hopes to ultimately change the culture of health in Louisiana. To improve the lives of all Americans, the American Heart Association provides public health education in a variety of ways. Is the nation’s leader in CPR education training. Helps people understand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. Provides science-based treatment guidelines to healthcare professionals to help them provide quality care to their patients. And educates lawmakers, policymakers & the public as we advocate for changes to protect and improve the health of our communities.I greatly look forward to the opportunity to build new powerful partnerships that will help achieve our mission- to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
